I would like to thank "everyone" that I came in contact at Walnut Creek Toyota, especially Chuck Kelly Service Advisor, Darrell Beck Assistant Service Manager, and Rich Doherty (spelling?) who I believe is an Assistant Manager. Also I wish to thank the young lady who waited on me at the cashier counter along with the other gentlemen who greated me along with the young ladies and that offered to help me as well as offered to get me refreshements as I waited my 4Runner. All the employees at Walnut Creek Toyota are always very helpful and friendly and my Wife and I feel we can trust Walnut Creek Toyota for great service and feel our Toyota's are receiving the best of care. Al, the Service Mgr., is always excellent in customer service, helpfulness and recommendations. Diane, the Service Advisor was 5 star..she knew exactly where our car was and when it would be completed when we called..she didn't have to put us on hold. She is by and far the BEST Service Advisor we've ever had.
