Vehicle & prices are subject to availability. NO MILEAGE RESTRICTIONS (if used within CA, NV, OR only-- otherwise $0.15/mile). All renters must be 21 years of age and prequalify for TRAC standards. Driver's license, pre-approved credit card and proof of current insurance required. Maximum rental without check-in, payment, and inspection is one month; extension beyond one month requires check-in each month. Child safety seat available upon request. Rentals may be purchased as Toyota Certified Used Vehicles after passing post-rental inspections and reconditioning, when over 120 days from when first put into rental use by TRAC. See rental manager Stephanie Reeves if you wish to purchase an ex-rental. SHUTTLE pick up available Monday through Saturday during Rental Department Hours.
Smoking, pets, off-road use, racing, and excessive soiling of vehicles not authorized and subject to damages, cleaning, or de-odorizing charges.
Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard and American Express only, prepared cards of any sort not accepted. A reserve amount will be put on hold on the card upon rental check-out. Please read actual renal contract carefully for all rules and conditions. Prices are specific to TRAC rentals at Toyota Walnut Creek only and all transactions including pick up and rental return must occur at Toyota Walnut Creek during the Rental Department hours only. Renter must return vehicle to the rental counter agent only and not to other departments or employees of the dealership. Should vehicle be returned without inspection or after Rental Department hours, regardless of to whom it may be given, vehicle is not checked in and is subject to damages until signed off by the TRAC agent's post-rental inspection.
