I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this dealership! I came in for a test drive a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Kenny, one of their salespeople. He made the process feel easy and casual. I decided not to buy the car that day as they didn't have the interior I was looking for, but I didn't feel any pressure from Kenny to make the purchase. He understood I needed some time to think it over, which is much more than I can say for other dealers who just hounded me. After that first visit, Kenny followed up once or maybe twice but I still didn't feel pressure. When I decided on the car I wanted to go with, I texted Kenny and he got back to me right away saying they had one in transit. I reserved it and scheduled a day to go pick it up. Everything went so smoothly! No hiccups, scheduling mishaps, hidden fees, etc. Kenny was super friendly and I really trusted his advice! I had such a different experience at other dealerships - they wouldn't leave me alone, would try to guilt me into buying a car and making a quick decision. Because Toyota Walnut Creek gave me space, they were the first ones I thought of once I was sure about my choice of vehicle. Definitely recommend them!!
