California Residents Can Save Even More on Toyota Electric Vehicles

For a limited time, California Climate Investments is offering a program that can help you save money on your first electric model: MyFirstEV. Toyota Walnut Creek is excited to offer this program, but it is strictly first-come, first-served and will only last until California's MyFirstEV fund is depleted.

Do you already own an EV? You're in luck. With the MyNextEV program, current EV owners can unlock a special manufacturer incentive when looking to upgrade their ride or acquire another EV.

If you're considering an EV lease or purchase, the MyFirstEV and MyNextEV offers at our Walnut Creek dealership could take up to $3,500 off the total cost of a new or pre-owned Toyota EV.1 Plus, there are no income restrictions, so all California drivers who meet program requirements can participate.

  • New vehicles must be model year 2026 or newer with a price of $50,000 or less1
  • Eligible pre-owned EVs must have a purchase price of $25,000 or less and be at least two model years old1

2Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner's Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. "Added vehicle equipment" includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners. The only way to be certain of your vehicle's exact curb weight is to weigh your vehicle without passengers or cargo. (Calculated with the new SAE J2807 method.) Installation of a tow hitch receiver or other accessories located near the rear bumper or side-door kick sensors may require disabling or removing the kick sensor, and the sensor operation setting in your vehicle should be turned off. See Owner's Manual for limitations.
