I purchased a Toyota Sienna XLE from the Toyota Walnut Creek dealership right before the New Year and I wanted to share my experience. The salesperson (Amer) explained the "simple price/process" the dealership uses, and I was relieved to hear that! From start to finish there was no anxiety/energy-drain that is often involved in purchasing a car. Amer was the only person I had to meet throughout the whole process and I was in and out with the washed car in under 3 hours, which included a very detailed look at the features in the car, a test-drive, exploring all the options (eg, extended warranty, maintenance care plan, finance). Amer was courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this dealership if you want a no-haggle experience.
